Returns

Tri-City Furniture holds an ‘all sales final, no refund’ policy, and sales are made strictly ‘as is’.  It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise upon receiving purchased goods at delivery, or upon pick up.  We hold a no-return policy due to cross-contamination of furniture items, due to bed bugs, lice, etc which are known to reside in furniture, both upholstered and not.

Manufacturer Warranties

Depending on the result of manufacturer warranty solutions customers may receive a repair order, replacement item, store credit, or full refund.  Our manufacturer warranties do differ, but protect customers from manufacturing defects only.  Item dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse is not a valid claim for warranty involvement.  An original receipt is required to process any manufacturer’s warranty.

Unclaimed Merchandise

If purchased merchandise remains in-store (in case of scheduled delivery or customer pick-up) within 7 days of purchase, customers may choose to not take the item in exchange for store credit, or a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee, with original receipt.  If merchandise is not picked up within 7 days of purchase the items are considered abandoned.
