Delivery

A person 18 years or older must be present at the time of the delivery to receive and sign for the delivery. If nobody is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time items are returned to the store. Delivery fees will not be refunded and will be additional charged if rescheduling is required. Customers have the option to make alternative plans to pick up their items within 7 days from the store.

Delivery fee includes delivery of the items to the street level of the address provided. If there is easy access to the home as a courtesy delivery driver may carry items into the home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the items they purchase will fit into the space they intend it to go and that all items are cleared from the pathway.  Delivery upstairs is prohibited by our insurance. It is the responsibility of the customer to have their items carried to the spaces on upper levels. We do not provide this service.

Delivery fee does not include set-up and/or installation. We do not provide this service.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to anyone, which does not mean the customer is due a refund. Customer must find alternative means to pick up purchased items within 7 days.

Delivery fees are subject to change without notice. Fee will change based upon fuel charges, amount of time required, and distance.
