Upon arrangement of delivery you will be contacted via telephone to arrange the scheduling of your delivery. If necessary please provide additional details (or additional telephone numbers) at Checkout to inform us of the best time to contact you. Delivery can only be arranged when the items you have ordered are in stock, so in the case that your item is on backorder we will contact you to inform you of an estimated date of arrival (to the store) and then again when your items are in stock to schedule delivery.
Delivery Rules & Guidelines
A person 18 years or older must be present at time of delivery to receive and sign for the delivery. If nobody is available to receive delivery at time scheduled items are returned to store. Delivery fee is not refunded if nobody is home to receive delivery. If an additional delivery trip has to be made there will be a second charge, else customer has the option to make plans to pick up their items within 7 days from the store.
Delivery fee includes delivery of the items to the street level of the address provided. If there is easy access to the home as a courtesy delivery driver may carry items into the home. Removal of doors, windows, or furniture is a service we do not provide. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the items they purchase will fit into the space they intend it to go and that all items are cleared from the pathway. If item does not fit the delivery is non-refundable. If item is exchanged for a smaller item there will be an additional charge for the second delivery.
Delivery upstairs is prohibited by our insurance. It is the responsibility of the customer to have their items carried to the spaces on upper levels. We do not provide this service.
Fee does not include set-up. If you are requesting set-up, there is an additional fee if time is available to do so. Fee is based upon time, availability, and item to be assembled. Set-up may not be on the same day of delivery. Please ask salesperson about this service.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to anyone, which does not mean the customer is due a refund. Customer must find alternative means to pick up purchased items within 7 days.
By purchasing this delivery package you hereby agree to these rules and guideline and agree to have your items delivered by Tri-City Furniture, Inc. fully aware of all restrictions and policies listed above.
