Our Store Policy is as follows:

We sell at our lowest price possible and some items may have a flaw, which we discount accordingly. We pride ourselves on giving our customers our best price first. No need to haggle, the price on the tag is our lowest price.  We try our best to find the best deals and pass them on to our customers.

All sales are final.

Our store policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No refunds or exchanges once they are purchased.  All, if any, exchanges or refunds are at the discretion of the manager.

All warranties are manufacturer warranties, not store warranties, and the manufacturer procedures and protocols can be obtained through the manufacturer, owner’s manual, or their websites. 

Once items are purchased, the item belongs to you and is your responsibility to arrange for all transportation, blanketing/protection against further damage and securing your furniture when transporting (we do not provide tie downs/rope). As a courtesy, we will hold items for up to 7 days, so you can arrange transportation for your items.  We do offer delivery service at an additional cost, which we blanket and deliver curb side to the address you provide. We also offer, for an additional charge, an assembly service for those items purchased from us that you may need assistance assembling. Please ask us about these services, we are happy to help.
